Quality policy




        Our main goal is to satisfy customer requirements and a lasting presence on the Bulgarian market for hot-dip galvanizing, respectively in the long run and the European market. In this regard, our management defines and documents the current quality policy, as well as its long-term goals and commitments.Our efforts are focused on effective management of processes that affect the quality of products, which is a prerequisite for achieving profitability and ultimate economic prosperity. We know that the success of any business depends on its ability to meet the requirements and expectations of its customers, which are no less important than legal requirements, as well as the requirements of other stakeholders – owners, staff, business partners and society as whole.

Assuming its responsibility in the construction, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015, the management declares compliance with the following basic principles of quality management:

  • Customer focus – We are aware of our responsibility and strive to meet the current and future needs of all our customers;  
  • Leadership of the management – the management is aware of its responsibility for the design, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System;
  • People’s engagement and empathy – the management strives to create appropriate conditions, stimulating its employees for full participation and initiative in the implementation of the activities. We believe that the most valuable resource for us is people. By managing their suitability, motivation and satisfaction, we strive to create an atmosphere in which people are fully committed to achieving the company’s goals;
  • Process and system approach –the created products are the result of the interconnected main and additional processes, which are considered and managed as a system, and not independently;
  • Continuous improvement – the main goal of the Quality System, which can be achieved by continuous monitoring of the processes and taking effective corrective measures;
  • Factual approach to decision making  – the established system for communications and the management of the documented quality information create a precondition for making decisions based on up-to-date information;
  • Relationship management – based on the principle that high quality materials must be used for the production of a high-quality product, the company chooses as its suppliers the leading manufacturers of the respective materials and equipment.


The main tool for implementation of the declared policy is the implemented Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. This Policy is subject to review for timeliness and evaluation of its implementation at least once a year, as part of the Management Reviews.


  The management of the company undertakes the commitment and guarantees that it will provide all the necessary resources for maintaining and continuously improving the efficiency of the Quality Management System.
