ZGP – hot dip galvanizing plant in Kaspichan – 7m. started operations in 2013.

The main focus for its building is to satisfy the great consumer demand and to reduce customer logistics costs.

Its main activity is hot dip galvanizing of steel structures, products, details and assemblies.

The plant is situated on 23 400 sq.m. , while its built-up production area on the first stage of building was 3 000 sq.m.

The factory has a hot galvanized bath with dimensions:

– Length: 7 m

– Width: 1.5 m

– Depth: 3 m

Equipment and technology

The equipment and the technology for applying protective zinc-coating by the method of hot dip galvanizing are of a German company leader in this field.

The latest hot dip galvanizing technologies are implemented at the plant, that meet all European standards for safety, quality and efficiency.

The physicochemical characteristics of the zinc coating comply with BDS EN ISO 1461.

Control of the basic materials

For the high quality of pre-treatment of metals, we use the best chemical products specially developed for this process by a leading Italian company.

The control of the basic materials and the qualifying of finished products is performed by the chemical-analytical laboratory of the plant.

For highly specific configurations, our company offers competent consultation for the design and manufacture of the products.
