Recommendations for submitting the materials at the hot dip galvanizing plant

1. Put an address and instructions on a metal plate fixed with wire to the factory product
2. Use chalk
3. Do not apply paint labels
4. Handover the products to be galvanized packed with ropes or in parcels by type
5. Place in containers or pallets for return
6. For quick unloading, it is necessary to place beams with a minimum section of 12×12 cm between the platform and the products
7. The weight of each package should not exceed 5 tons
8. The products must have holes at least 4 mm which should allow them to be hung on steel wire during immersion in the zinc bath

For large-dimensional products, lifting rings need to be welded.
